MIXOLOGY
Barrel-Aged Old Fashion
Ingredients
45 ml Wolf and Woman Barrel-Aged Gin
15 ml Demerara Syrup (a rich syrup made with 2 parts Demerara sugar to 1 part water)
4 dashes Rhubarb Bitters
Method
Stir well and serve in a chilled glass over a large ice cube.
For a classic touch, garnish with an orange rind
