The much-anticipated opening of Wollongong’s newest distillery and bar is now officially here, and we couldn’t be more stoked!⁠

Husband and wife, duo Mark and April, have created a boutique warehouse distillery and bar in the northern suburbs of Wollongong. This brand-new warehouse space in Bellambi has been transformed into a gin and whisky distillery – hell yeah!⁠

So, you wanna know what’s on the menu at Wolf & Woman Distillery? Hand-crafted gins with locally influenced botanicals, the ever so popular Limoncello with a recipe that’s been passed down for generations, a coffee liqueur with locally sourced and roasted coffee, single malt whisky that’s yet to be released, different cocktails every weekend and local beer and wine, all flowing at this two storey space.⁠

Together with their three kids, they’re leading the charge crafting incredible spirits, and we’re so over the moon for them [and our beaut region]. Head distiller Mark and April have been lucky enough to have been mentored by some of the industry’s finest over the years.⁠

For those wanting the whole distillery experience, this clever crew have opened their doors to immersive tours, behind-the-scenes of the distillery and cellar door complete with on-site tastings. And if you’re a keen distiller yourself, enrol in their gin school and be the head distiller for the day, bottle it and take it home! ⁠

Mark and April have been working on this dream for 10+ years now and to finally see it come to fruition is the bee’s knees. The Wolf & Woman products are distilled on-site with custom-designed Australian-made stills, and they pride themselves on supporting Australia and giving back to our community – which we’re all about too!⁠
