We’re proud to introduce our Australian Agave Spirit, a bold Blanco-style spirit crafted using certified organic blue agave imported from Jalisco Mexico. While the agave may be born in Mexico, the magic happens right here at Wolf and Woman Distillery.

What sets our agave spirit apart? It’s all in the method. We’ve embraced traditional Mexican roasting techniques, burying agave hearts in the ground to roast—just like they do in Jalisco. This slow, earthy process develops the signature smoky and grassy complexity Tequila /Mezcal lovers crave, and delivers incredible body and depth to your cocktail. We’ve poured countless hours (and just as many tastings) into getting this right, and we’re proud to say it’s not just another bottle on the shelf.

While most tequilas sit at a tame 38% ABV, ours sits proudly at 43.5%. Why? Because we don’t do things by halves—and neither should your drink. It’s bold, smooth, and unapologetically full-flavoured. Just the way we like it.
